About Eastside

When Eastside was conceptualized in 1999, the realization was that people wanted a different kind of computer service that focused on preventive maintenance. Most computer repair companies were based on one-time fixes instead of ongoing support for clients. Ongoing support was only available to large companies with in-house I.T. departments. Founder, Scott Cook, wanted to provide personal I.T. support to small, mid-sized businesses as well as home-users. In 2001, Eastside was started. I.T. services in Palm Beach County has not been the same.
